Exclusivity at your fingertips.

January 7 marks the start of the 2025 season of home tours, organized by the International Friendship Club (IFC) of Puerto Vallarta.

Home tours in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, are guided tours of various residential properties, offering participants the opportunity to see luxury homes and apartments, often located in exclusive areas of the city.

These tours are designed to showcase the best aspects of the properties, such as their architectural designs, panoramic views, luxury interiors, and amenities.

They are often organized in collaboration with real estate agents, developers, or luxury events, and are intended for both potential buyers and tourists interested in the local lifestyle.

These tours can include beachfront properties, homes in mountain areas, or villas in gated communities, showing participants what it is like to live in Puerto Vallarta.

They are also a way to promote the city's real estate market, highlighting the area's natural beauty, Mexican design, and high-end amenities available.

Home tours are not only a great way to explore the city's architecture and culture, but also to interact with local residents and real estate agents, who share details about life in Puerto Vallarta and the opportunities offered by the real estate market.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday, starting at 10:30am, on this guided tour you will have the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful properties in Puerto Vallarta; from traditional casitas, villas with spectacular ocean views, and luxurious condos in areas such as: Conchas Chinas, Gringo Gulch, and the Romantic Zone.

Each tour is conducted in English, aboard a comfortable A/C bus with a guide.
